From your Dashboard, tap the New Appointment button.
To order a Shift, make sure the Shift tab is selected.

Fill out all the required information on the form:
- Select the Service you’re ordering
- Input the Start date and time of the shift
- Input the End date and time of the shift
- Input the contact person’s information
- Input the service address
- The rest of the fields are optional
Tap Save Appointment at the top right of the screen and the Shift will change to Available status.
If you’re assigning the Shift to your own network of Mobile Users:
Click the green Claim Appointment button that appears on the right side of the screen.
If you'd like to assign this appointment to a specific Mobile User:
Click the Assign Specialist button on the right side of the page and choose a Mobile User from the list. Check the box next to the Mobile User name and tap Save.
Or, if you'd like to publish this appointment to your entire network of Mobile Users (first come, first serve):
Click the status bar at the top of the page and change the status to Published. Hit OK.
Tap Save Appointment at the top right of the screen, and you’re finished.
