Office User

Office Users are your coordinators, your schedulers – anyone who will use the web application (app.workpath.co) to schedule appointments and shift opportunities, assign them to your Mobile Users, and monitor your work.

To invite Office Users to your organization, navigate to the Users tab, tap the Invite User button, and enter the email of the person you’d like to invite. They’ll receive an email with instructions to set up their account.

Mobile User

Mobile Users are your team members who will use our mobile app to accept your appointments and shift opportunities, manage their work calendars, and perform your ordered services. 

To invite Mobile Users to your organization, click the Users tab, tap the Invite Users button, and enter the email of the person you’d like to invite. They’ll receive an email with instructions to set up their account.
