The Reports tab allows you to monitor platform usage and statistics on a weekly basis. All information on the Reports tab updates in real-time to make sure you have actionable insights at the tip of your fingers. You can track user counts, invites sent, appointment statuses, and more. You can manage which Users have access to the report and its data via the user permissions page.
Define the time frame for which you'd like to view the data.
Once a time frame is defined, the system will automatically pull the respective data and reflect it as seen in the tables.
Users - monitor user counts (Office, Mobile, and Orderers), invites sent to users, and invites accepted by users.
Appointments - monitor appointments created, appointments scheduled by status, average time from an appointments creation to acceptance by a Mobile User, and more.
