The Orderer account is designed to give you a tool for your customers to submit orders to your company. The Orderer accounts are a slimmed down version of the Office User accounts. The Orderer will have two tabs that are available once they log into the account - 1) the Dashboard and 2) Order Appointment.
1. The Order Appointment option allows the Orderer to submit new appointments. When the Orderer clicks on the Order Appointment tab they will be prompted with the Order Forms that you linked them to during set up.
2. The Dashboard option allows the Orderer to review appointments that they previously submitted from their account. From the Dashboard, they can search and filter for appointments and check into details. Please note they can not see appointments submitted by other Users under your organization.
