Company Profile Preferences let you control certain preferences and activities available to your organization’s users.

You can access the Company Profile Preferences by visiting the Company Profile tab.
 
Once on the Company Profile tab, scroll down to the “Preferences” section and click the “+” button. This will expand the section to display the preference options.

General

Automatically publish appointments I claim to my Mobile Users – this allows you to skip the manual publishing step if you are claiming appointments from the Available status. Please note: the Available and Claimed statuses are intended for organizations using third party partners/labor providers.

Schedule Updates

This allows you to control whether your Mobile Users can update their availability via the Workpath app or not. 

Allow Mobile Users to Edit Selected Appointment Fields

This section allows you to toggle on and off the Mobile Users ability to edit certain appointment fields via the web-app. Please note: blue means the Mobile User can edit that field. 

Allow Orderers to Edit Selected Appointment Fields

This section allows you to toggle on and off the Orderers ability to edit certain appointment fields for appointments that they submitted to the Dashboard. Please note: blue means the Orderers can edit that field. 

Allow Orderers to View Selected Fields

This section allows you to toggle on and off the Orderers ability to view certain appointment fields for appointments that they submitted to the Dashboard. Please note: blue means the Orderers can view that field.
