The patient receives a text message and email with a unique link when the Mobile User marks “On the Way” in the Workpath mobile app. This link provides the patient with the following information:

  • Mobile User’s Name

  • Mobile User’s Profile Picture

  • Organization’s Name

  • Estimated Arrival Time

  • Route and active position of the Mobile User

The patient will have access to this link and the corresponding information until the Mobile User marks “Arrived” in the Workpath app.


The link will only be sent to the patient if you have the “On the Way” custom patient message activated and the “GPS Patient Link” in the corresponding message.
