Availability is critical to ensuring your Mobile Users are receiving the proper appointments. Availability can be added directly by Office Users or the Mobile User in the Workpath mobile app. 

Please note: There is a preference on the Company Profile tab that allows you to control whether your Mobile Users can make changes to availability or not. 

You can set availability in the web platform by going to the Availability Timeline. Once on the Availability Timeline you’ll click the “Add Availability” button.

Working Hours

Working hours tells the system that the Mobile User is available during the hours set. You’ll use this option if the Mobile User is working and should receive appointments during this time. 

Time Off

Time Off tells the system that the Mobile User is not available during the hours set. You’ll use this option if the Mobile User is not working and should not receive appointments during this time.

Select Mobile User

You’ll need to select the Mobile User whose availability you’d like to update.

Start Date

Select the date that you’d like for the availability block to start.

End Date

Select the date that you’d like for the availability block to end.

Start Time

Select the time that you’d like for the availability block to start.

End Time

Select the time that you’d like for the availability block to end.

Please note: availability blocks can span more than a day.

All Day

The “All Day” checkbox will set the Mobile User’s availability open for the entire day. 

Recurring Settings

The recurring settings allow you to set an availability block to recur on multiple days over a set period of time. 

Recurring Options:

  • Does Not Repeat

  • Every Day

  • Every Week 

  • Every Month

  • Every Year

  • Custom
