The Workpath platform allows you to digitally receive appointments from your Partners if they are also operating on the Workpath platform. This saves you and your Partner effort with scheduling appointments and communicating about appointments.

Appointments that are released to your organization by your Partners will appear on your Dashboard in the "Available" status. The Partner that created the appointment will appear as the "Order Originator."

In order for your organization to cover the appointment, you will need to "claim" the appointment. You can claim the appointment by clicking the "CLAIM APPOINTMENT" button. Once you click this button, you'll need to confirm that you'd like to cover the appointment by clicking "OK."

Once you claim the appointment, the appointment will automatically be placed in the "Claimed" status and your company will be listed as the "servicing organization." At this time, your Partner will also be updated that you have claimed the appointment from them.

As you assign the appointment and your Mobile User ultimately completes the appointment, you and your Partner will receive real-time updates throughout.
